The Autumn Fair is afternoon of fall-inspired fun taking place in November each year. We open our doors to the public from 2-5 pm for a family-friendly chance to celebrate the season and come together to support LFS. Current and past (or future!) students as well their families, friends, relatives, and neighbors are all welcome at this public event.
A typical fair features:
– A children’s room filled with fun activities like face painting, entertainment and arts and crafts! $5 entry gives your child access to all the fun.
– A cafe room where you can purchase sweet and savory treats and beverages, or indulge in a delicious crepe, made-to-order by our very own Barbara Walraet of Caramel – French Patisserie!
– A gift bazaar filled with holiday gifts and goodies made by parents, local vendors, and our very own Little French School students!
If you are interested in getting involved with the fair, there are lots of ways to participate. Contact us if you would like to donate a sweet or savory treat to the cafe room, or sign up for a shift volunteering in one of the rooms at the fair. If you are interested in donating crafts or other homemade gifts to the gift bazaar, or selling your wares and donating a percentage to our school, contact us at 541-345-3818 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We welcome community vendors!
Proceeds from the event will go to support our school, a 501c(3) non-profit organization. We rely on the generous support of our community members to meet our operating costs and keep French Immersion education available to the little ones, and we thank you in advance for your participation!
We look forward to seeing you at the fair; on se réjouit de vous voir à la foire d’automne!
